Sorted in UK

Affiliate Disclosure

As of right now, Sorted in UK doesn't contain any affiliate links, sponsored content, or paid placements. This page exists anyway, so the policy is public before we ever need it, not written hastily after the fact.

What happens if that changes

Some of the services mentioned in our guides, guarantor providers are the obvious example, sometimes run affiliate programmes. If we ever join one and link to a provider using an affiliate link, we'll mark that specific link clearly at the point it appears, not just in a policy page nobody reads. In line with UK advertising rules (the ASA and CAP code), any commercial relationship will be obvious before you click, not disclosed afterwards in fine print.

If we earn a commission from a link, it doesn't change what we recommend. We wrote the driving licence deadline calculator and the guarantor comparison the way we did because that's what the process actually looks like, not because a provider paid for placement. If a service is genuinely bad, an affiliate relationship with them wouldn't change that assessment, and we'd say so.

How to tell if a link is affiliate

Any affiliate link will say so directly next to it, something like "(affiliate link)" or a short note above the relevant section, the same way this page is doing right now by telling you there currently aren't any.
